The main thing is to be sure to be present on Monday 6th at the information meeting. If you absolutely can't because of work etc, make sure you have a friend who will be there to get all the information and documents for you.
All the tests for students in Continuous Assessment will be held in week thirteen (from the 4th to the 9th of May), except no doubt for Friday classes, because Friday is a Bank Holiday.
Do revise your phonetics booklet and look back over this blog for the different links which have been suggested for you.
