Heat is on to break mercury record - Home News, UK - The Independent
Hi John Mullen, I found quite interesting what you posted in your blog about the so high temperatures these days. I've seen your selected posts in TeacherLingo, but today I decided to open and have a peek. As a teacher of English I am, I love Britain and British people. As well I owe you your (our, I'd dare say) language. I have some many friends there, in order: England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland. Honestly I opened your new post to read and learn real English too. Just one more point: Temperatures here in Granada, down south of Spain, we're also having so high ones: about 100 F, 10 above while at night some 21 C. Fernando Díez Gallego Teacher of English.
